1. Stakeholder Mapping We identified and mapped key regional and district-level government bodies, regulatory agencies, and administrative leaders relevant to project operations. 2. Engagement Framework Development A formal liaison framework was established, defining communication protocols, reporting structures, and points of contact for ongoing coordination. 3.
